It alternated between pancakes & scrambled eggs to boiled eggs and French toast. We took advantage of the executive lounge free breakfast. We didn’t let the arrival dampen our spirits as the hotel grounds and facilities were amazing. It was a small but nice room and we could still use the executive lounge. We took his advice and spent 3 nights in an ocean view double.
The room porter showed us our options and suggested we asked to be moved to our desired room as soon as one came available. We had paid a lot more to have the room, so we’re not happy. We were told the room we had booked was not available and were offered about 200bbd in compensation. We had emailed ahead to ensure we had a room with two beds, as our tall 11yr old daughter couldn’t stay on a rollaway bed for that long.
Arriving after a a bad flight we a bit of a hiccup checking in. We visited for 10 nights in Oct, so had an extended experience of most of the hotels facilities.
